WALK FOR PEACE

As a sign of respect to all South Africans that have been affected by crime and lost loved ones through these terrible horrific acts of hatred I will not be posting on Friday. On Saturday morning there is a WALK FOR PEACE to remember Marc Joubert, this will be taking place in Durban from Berea park in Essenwood Rd. Please if you live in Durban come and support this cause, it starts at 08h00. As a patriotic South African to my inner being every crime and death I hear cuts deeper and deeper into my heart, as it cuts deeper and deeper into our country. I too have been a victim of crime on several occasions and lost loved ones to acts of pure hatred. These crimes are not to feed hungry mouths anymore, they are organised criminals taking away our basic human rights from us. Let us stand together as South Africans and put pressure on the people in charge that we want crime to end. Please, if you believe, pray for all those affected by crime and for the future of our country.

An eye for eye only ends up making the whole world blind."

"If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other."

It's so easy to get jaded about crime in our country. I agree that it's important to stop and realise what a terrible impact it has in all our lives.

How did it go? I was thinking of you on Saturday, wishing we could be there.

Yeah it went down really well! It was very well attended and was all very peaceful and fun. We are planning more of these events to really drive the point home about crime in SA.
