Another bright idea...
I was doing freelance at my desk and it dawned on me my desk lamp has given me years of great service but is totally ugly! I immediately started thinking of lamps and could not get the cute little animated lamp from Pixar out of my head (you see how I find ways of distracting myself from doing my actual work). So I did my usual fact finder follow through BS and discovered some very interesting replacements from Flos.

I love the sleek and sexy black lamp which seems to defy the laws of physics. Now if only my desk was that clean...
Though not as classy, urban outfitters has some less expensive alternatives that resemble these looks. Just a thought.
...i find some of my best inspirational research when on a "work distraction", or on an "apartment-cleaning distraction", as i think most creative people do.
amazing how i'll delay such dreaded tasks.
... no wonder i'm always running late for my day job.
what a cute lamp at the bottom! would inspire good ideas.
