Dumpling Man - Soho, NY
If you haven't tried The Dumpling Mans dumplings you are missing out! They are fantastic! I loved the branding of their restaurant's menus and dumpling cards, very simple but effective.

Dumpling man is a few blocks away from my apartment and I could LIVE off of those things. I love watching the women make them, its facinating.
Also, they used to have this laminated article in the store but I haven't seen it lately, but basically this other store opened up in Manhattan called Dumpling Guy or something like that and they STOLE the Dumple Man logo and just put a little hat on him! Needless to say Dumpling Man got their rip-off asses shut down.
