Spats
I have always liked Spats. I think it was since I saw Scrooge McDuck swimming around his money bin and beating the Beagle Boys in his spats that I took a liking for them. They seem very proper and 1920s mobster. Recently I have seen Spats being introduced into Womens Fashion in really weird ways. I really think spats are a mens accessory. sorry!

To some extent, I agree with you. I would love to see men wearing spats - they're very elegant and masculine at the same time. Plus, who doesn't want to immulate Scrooge McDuck.
I don't think victorian-inspired spats look good on women, but some of the more modern spats aren't half bad. Take a look at www.possothespat.com. At first glance, some of the spats are hideous, but paired with the right footwear and clothing, I think they can look fabulous.
