Dieter Rams
While browsing through Dieter Rams incredible work that he designed for Braun I came across a couple of great black and white layouts that immediately caught my eye. I love that the photo is the hero, glorifying certain aspects of the product in the shot. Great typography.

i wrote a paper on the 'die gute form' award during my study. rams was one of the founders of that price, and if you like the photographies above so much, i recommend looking for a book on that award.
i really love the pic of the typewriter, such a great and unexpected angle.
